My name is Phyllis Minik a licensed REALTOR, I work in the Remax Country Properties office but live in Cove Point Beach in Calvert County. I have lived on the water for the last eight years. Most of the people I work with don't live in the area and want a second home or are planning on retiring in Southern Maryland. I offer special services to out of town buyers such as previewing properties and emailing photos of the homes which saves time.
